About SHIFT 1.0
A degree is the foundation, not the finish line.
SHIFT 1.0 is a Christ centred career, purpose and personal development experience for university students, built to help you look beyond your degree and prepare on purpose for life, work, leadership and long term impact.
Powered by Worldwide Evangelism Service (WES) in collaboration with UENR SCC.
Not a sit and listen conference. Professionals sit down with students and speak from three places:
- 01Here is what I know.
- 02Here is what I wish I knew.
- 03Here is how you can get there faster.

About WES
Worldwide Evangelism Service
Worldwide Evangelism Service (WES) is a Ghanaian, youth driven evangelism movement committed to taking the gospel beyond church walls. Through outreaches to communities, senior high schools and university campuses, WES meets young people where they are and gives them a place to live their faith out loud.
Led by General Overseer Prophet Kofi Boakye Fosuhene, WES combines preaching with practical mentorship, from school outreaches like Krobo Girls SHS to campus experiences like SHIFT. The goal is a generation of young believers who carry their faith into every field they enter.
